IN 2019, AS PART OF MY WORK WITH THOMPSON HOTELS, I WAS THE CREATIVE Project manager for A signature restaurant rebrand from Scout PNW to Conversation, overseeing both local vendors and OUR NYC-based creative agency.
I Managed THE RFP process, creative milestones, pre-opening community events, influencer & media previews, press dinners, and soft opening activities. I ALSO WROTE & edited A BOATLOAD OF COPY, from press releases to email blasts. HERE ARE EXCERPTS FROM OUR RESTAURANT’S NEW WEBSITE.
