Hello! I’m Emily. I've worked with a wide variety of brands and industries, but I'm especially into hospitality, travel, and entertainment. My experience includes all things marketing communications, copywriting and editing, public relations, influencer marketing, content creation, social media campaigns, and planning and promoting events.
Originally from California, I’ve lived and worked all over the Seattle area as well as Austin, Texas - I relocated to San Diego in 2021 and couldn’t be happier to be back. Since I love to write and cook (sometimes at the same time), I also spend a lot of my free time developing and blogging recipes. During my time in Austin I was an active member of the Austin Food Blogger Alliance and I was a lead contributor and eventually contributing editor of NY-based EndlessSimmer.com from 2011-2017.
These days you can find me working in hospitality and destination marketing and sharing my adventures on Instagram and my travel blog. When I'm not creating and/or consuming content, I can be found exploring new beaches & parks with my dogs, tasting my way through the many bars and restaurants of SD, or mingling at local culinary events & pop-ups.
